This website is operated by Mark Franco Villaran ("Franco," "I," or "me"), a licensed financial planner based in Metro Manila, Philippines. I'm affiliated with a regulated life insurance company in the Philippines and operate under the supervision of the Insurance Commission of the Philippines.

Information I collect
Information you give me directly
When you fill out the assessment or book a call, you share:
- Your name (nickname, first name, last name)
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Date of birth
- Answers to financial assessment questions (dependents, savings, coverage, goals, timeline)
- Anything else you choose to share during a call or message
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, some info is collected by the tools powering it:
- Browser and device info (browser type, screen size, operating system)
- Page activity (which pages you visit, how long you stay, where you click)
- Approximate location (city/region, based on IP address)
- Referral source (the site or ad that brought you here)
This is done through analytics and tracking scripts from FunnelPro (our CRM system). These help me understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience.

Why I collect this information
I use your information for:
- Preparing your Gap Report — your assessment answers help me analyze your financial situation before we talk
- Contacting you — to schedule our call, send reminders, and follow up if needed
- Personalizing recommendations — any advice I share is tailored to your specific situation
- Improving my services — anonymized site analytics help me build a better experience
- Complying with regulations — insurance regulations require record-keeping for regulated transactions
I rely on your consent (given when you submit the assessment or book a call) as the lawful basis for this processing under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who I share your information with
I do NOT sell or rent your data to anyone. Period.
Your data may be shared only with these parties, and only when necessary:
FunnelPro
The CRM platform I use to store contacts, send emails, and manage bookings.
Google
When you book a call, a Google Meet link is created and the event is added to my Google Calendar.
Insurance Underwriter
Only if you decide to purchase a product, your application details will be submitted to the regulated insurance company for underwriting and policy issuance.
Meta / Facebook (if applicable)
If you arrived via a Facebook ad, Meta may track that you took an action through their advertising platform.
Legal Authorities
Only if required by Philippine law, court order, or lawful request from regulators.

How long I keep your data
I keep your data for as long as needed to provide the services you've requested, plus a reasonable period for legal/regulatory compliance:
- Assessment answers and contact info: Up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless you ask for earlier deletion
- Records of actual insurance transactions: Retained per Insurance Commission and tax regulations (generally 10 years)
- Website analytics data: Retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months

How I protect your data
I use reasonable industry-standard measures to protect your information:
- Your data is stored with FunnelPro, a platform with encryption and security controls
- Communications happen over secure (HTTPS) connections
- Access to your data is limited to me and essential service providers
- Passwords and authentication are required for all systems handling your data
No online system is 100% secure, but I take data protection seriously and will notify affected users if a breach occurs, as required by Philippine law.

This site is intended for adults (18+). I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact me immediately.
